You have probably heard of Leopard 36V 1000W Red. This is similar model to Leopard 36V 800W Blue we have reviewed before. However, this is a little bit upgraded model with stronger motor and the age range of children to use it!
So, if you see this four wheeler first time, let us introduce it a bit for you here. It's worth of looking at!
This is one of the best four wheelers for kids aged 12 years old and older!
This fantastic model comes with 3 speed modes (as well as the previous one) your child can ride it and it has 3 gears - forward, neutral and reverse.
The first speed mode let your child to drive with speed up to 4.5 mph, on second mode, the quad reaches speed of 8 mph and on last mode it drives with a speed of 15 mph!
What about driving restrictions on this four wheeler? This quad is not suitable to drive on wet conditions as well as the previous version.
Just to make you aware this four wheeler is for off road use ONLY as majority of quads! That means you can't let your child to use it on any type of terrain but the public roads!
It has fitted powerful 1000W 36V motor which allows to drive any child with weight up to 140 lbs! And also it comes with 3 batteries of 12V each. Fully charged battery allows you to drive between 60 mins but up to 180 mins or up to almost 15 miles in distance, which is amazing in comparison to other models on a market!
Main feature of this four wheeler as well is front LED light which allows to use it even at evenings. It's been designed to start up from a switch button.
What about drive safety? As mentioned before, this model as well comes with three steps speed system which allows your child to use this four wheeler and be safe as well. This is because you can regulate the speed you want your child to drive it with.
To make it even more safe it has fitted three disc brakes. Where two of these are at front and one independent rear disc brake for safety. It has a Footrest Brake feature which allow to stop the ATV from moving forward when you rest your foot at the front of the right footrest.
What is the downside of the four wheeler? The only downside we found is that the battery included is not fully charged. What means that you will need to put it to charge before you can even use this fabulous four wheeler.
The advisory time to charge the battery for first time is about 12 hours! So, make sure you do this before you'll start to have a fun with your kids.
Last but not least, norml battery charge time is between 8 - 10 hours so the best is to leave it to charge over the night to make sure is up and running the next day.
